⚡ God's Refinery - Express Devotional
Bible Reading
"Isaiah 48:10 — 'See, I have refined you, though not as silver; I have tested you in the furnace of affliction.'"
📖 Key Text
Isaiah 48:10 — "See, I have refined you, though not as silver; I have tested you in the furnace of affliction."
💭 Express Reflection (3 min)
The fire hurts, but it is not meant to destroy you. God doesn't burn what He loves; He refines it. In the furnace, the impurities that cannot be seen with the naked eye surface: pride, hardness, deceitfulness, and distractions.
Gold only shines when the refiner can see his face reflected in it. In the same way, God uses the process so that His image is formed in you. If it hurts today, it is because God is working deep within.
🙏 Express Prayer
💪 Action of the Day

Prayer of the day
"Lord, I don't want to run from the furnace. Purify my heart and form Your character in me. Help me to trust Your process. Amen."
