💭 Reflection
In life, we all experience situations in which we would like to have instant divine intervention. When everything gets complicated, the storm darkens the path, and we pray desperately, sometimes the only thing we receive seems to be silence. Have you wondered why God doesn't intervene and stop the setbacks immediately?
History shows us that God's intervention does not always eliminate the difficult path; sometimes, it only guarantees that that path has a purpose. God worked by warning Joseph of the danger, but the responsibility to walk through the dark desert to Egypt fell completely on him. Faith is an act of obedience that requires action on our part.
If you feel that God is silent, remember Habakkuk or Jacob, who mourned the death of his son Joseph for 22 years without God revealing the truth to him. That silence did not mean that God was inactive; He was orchestrating the salvation of an entire nation. So you and I have to be quiet, obey, and trust in His perfect timing.
Oración del día
"Lord, forgive me for the times I have doubted You when You are silent. Help me to remember that Your silence is not inactivity. Give me the strength to walk in obedience through my storms and deserts, knowing that You are with me. In Jesus' name, Amen."
