🌟 Everything in His Purpose

"Oh, the depth of the riches of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable his judgments, and his paths beyond tracing out!" — Romans 11:33 (NIV)

God's wisdom is unfathomable. We often find ourselves caught in the daily routine, running from one urgency to another, and we rarely stop to ask: Why am I here? What is the real goal of my existence?

1. Knowing God's Purpose

The Bible is clear: we were created for His glory.

"Everyone who is called by my name, whom I created for my glory, whom I formed and made." — Isaiah 43:7

Our primary purpose is not to accumulate wealth, or even to be happy according to the world's standard, but to serve and glorify God. As 1 Corinthians 10:31 says, whether we eat or drink, everything must be for His glory. God is the origin ("From him"), the agent ("Through him") and the goal ("For him") of all things.

2. Human Rebellion

Curiously, of all creation, the human being is the only one who actively rebels against this purpose. The heavens declare the glory of God, the animals obey Him by instinct, but we, in our fallen nature (Romans 8:7), often live as if God did not exist.

Do we give God the leftovers of our time? We worry so much about the blessings (work, family, money) that we forget the Giver of the blessings.

3. Is God Selfish?

Some object: "Isn't it vain for God to want everything for His glory?". This objection is a fundamental error of perspective. If God were not the center, He would have to worship something superior to Himself, which is impossible.

That God is the center of the universe is not selfishness, it is truth. If the universe were not made for God, it would have to be made for man, which would turn us into little gods. But the reality is that our works are nothing compared to His power (Job 38-39).

4. Living the Purpose: Esther's Example

God has a specific purpose for you in this particular time.

"And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?" — Esther 4:14

Mordecai challenged Esther to see that her royal position was not for her comfort, but for a greater purpose: the salvation of her people. In the same way, your talents, your position, and your life have a divine objective. You are not a cosmic accident; you are an intentional design.

5. Priorities: The Spiritual Man

We live in a culture that exalts physical development (the gym, health) and mental development (education, career), but atrophies spiritual development.

A person can be an Olympic athlete or an intellectual genius, but if they don't know God, they are a failure in what really matters for eternity. Secular humanism pushes us to live focused on ourselves, but our soul will only find rest when it returns to its true purpose: Honoring God.

Conclusion

Your life makes sense when it aligns with the Creator. You were not born to be an object of perdition, but of salvation. Your body, your mind, and your spirit are for the glory of God. That is your purpose!
