Bible Reading
"Matthew 25:25-26 — 'So I was afraid and went out and hid your gold in the ground... His master replied: You wicked, lazy servant!'"
📖 Key Scripture
Matthew 25:25-26 — "So I was afraid and went out and hid your gold in the ground... His master replied: You wicked, lazy servant!"
💡 Pastoral Reflection
Doing nothing out of fear is the cheapest excuse of all. In the Parable of the Talents, the third servant did not lose the money; he simply chose not to act. Burying what God gave you because of insecurity or fear of failure leads directly to mediocrity. Faith does not make life easy; it empowers you to tackle the impossible with God. Unbury what God entrusted to you and put it to work!
Prayer of the day
"Lord, today I break every agreement with fear and spiritual complacency. I refuse to stand before You empty-handed claiming I was afraid. Grant me courage to multiply the gifts You placed in my hands. Amen."
