💭 Express Reflection (3 min)
The fastest growing disease today is not seen on X-rays; it is in the mind. Stress, depression, and anxiety put us in an invisible prison. We worry about things that will never happen and somatize non-existent pain.
Jesus Christ came to bring "release from darkness". If you are trapped in negativity (thinking everything will go wrong) or loneliness, surrender those thoughts to God. Your mind belongs to the Lord, do not allow the enemy to use it as his playground.
🙏 Express Prayer
Heavenly Father, I hand over every thought that steals my peace. I close the door to fear, anxiety, and chronic stress. I declare freedom over my mind in the name of Jesus. Amen.

"Father, I surrender my burdens to You. I declare my mind is free by the blood of Jesus. Amen."
